These Got Me Through the First Trimester

Dear baby Ramirez: I am so stoked to meet you. You’re the size of a grapefruit right now, but you feel a lot bigger! I’m doing my best to patiently wait while you cook, but can you hurry up a little?! I’m not the best at waiting! And oh yeah, your dad is getting pretty impatient, too 😘 While you’re getting bigger, I’m getting smarter! Turns out, being pregnant is a lot of work! Adjusting to the first trimester was a little bit of a doozy, but this stuff got me THROUGH it!

I take these prenatal vitamins everyday! They promote immune health, make sure I get all of my vitamins in, and help make sure my body is in shape to grow a human 💪🏻

Slow Fe Iron Tablets

I had low red blood cell count from pregnancy so my doc told me to order these iron tablets! I also started taking vitamin D because I’m not going outside as much, and I take fish oil every night.

Nausea Fixes

My nausea has been REAL this first trimester, so I had to get some things to help. This wristband has been really helpful – it’s based on acupuncture actually and it says it “stimulates the P6, or Nei-Kuan, acupressure point, proven to relieve nausea & vomiting.” It really has! But I don’t like wearing it ALL the time because it gets uncomfortable after a while.

Peppermint Oil

This helps a lot with the nausea, and it’s all natural. Plus, it smells nice as a bonus lol!

Preggo Lollies

These are def my fave way to combat morning sickness – healthy candy?! Yes please hehe. These are 100% natural and GMO and have essential oils and plant botanicals to help with nausea.

Pregnancy cravings 🤪

Y’all – cravings are real! I’m constantly reaching for crackers and peanut butter. My stomach is NEVER satisfied these days! I could snack all day (and I kinda do!). For drinks, I love Topochico + lemonade. Since I love a good margarita, this seriously helped since drinking alcohol is a no-no! I love to mix it up with lots of juice mixers, and I’m drinking and eating a lot of citrus like orange juice, clementines, etc.
