My Everyday Makeup Routine

Subscribe for more videos!

Hey guys! Welcome to my everyday makeup routine!! I know, I’ve been saying I would film this for FOREVER but finally had the time to sit down and actually film. One thing about me, I like a small makeup bag – I want every product to not only do the trick but help me speed up my makeup routine. These are my holy grail products that I have been using for years and also some new ones I’ve picked up along the way.

I am all about effective and efficient products, anything to make getting ready easier and faster. It makes my life so much more streamlined and I don’t have to worry each day about getting ready. I have my staple routine and I stick with it!

So many of my favorite products are a part of the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale right now! Good thing because all of mine are running on E! I filmed a beauty product haul from all the products I use everyday from the sale, too! Plus a surprise giveaway for ya!

SKINCARE

Having a clean canvas is so important and you gotta take care of your skin to achieve your make up #goals. A good moisturizer is hard to find and sometimes difficult to pull out the big bucks for, but I have found so many drugstore products that are seriously just as good! The Ole Henriksen Brightening Gel Creme is so great for brightening dull skin, which I struggle with in the mornings some days! I have also been loving the Olay Total Effects Face Cream for mornings!

FOUNDATION ‘N CONCEALER

I go back and forth sometimes with my foundation depending on the coverage I want or if my skin is more dry or oily. The Makeup Forever HD Foundation is great for me all the time, the coverage is buildable and it’s not too drying or overly oily. I like to set it with the Laura Mercier translucent powder to make sure my natural oils don’t come out during the day. I love to use a setting powder after foundation to create a more matte look, which is so helpful in pictures!

BLUSH ‘N BRONZE

Ya girl needs to accentuate her cheek bones! I always heard that if you feel like you’re missing something in your makeup routine, it’s probably blush. It’s crazy what a little bit of color on the balls of your cheeks can do! I then go in with my absolute favorite highlighter, Laura Geller Baked Gelato Swirl (it even sounds amazing). Highlighter is KEY. I like to lightly apply it to the top of my cheek bones, down my nose and on my brow bone to really bring out the high points on my face.

EYE MAKEUP

I’ve never really been into going all out on my eyeshadow, I feel like a natural look is better for my face! I use my Too Faced bronzer as eyeshadow for definition and then my Laura Geller highlighter in the corner of my eyelid and brow bone for an added pop!

EYELASHES ‘N BROWS

My favorite part of my makeup routine are the lashes! I get asked all the time about how I get my eyelashes so long and lemme tell you: they’re not extensions or falsies, I owe it all to the L’Oreal Telescopic Mascara. I was so excited that so many of you tried it when I first recommended it on Instagram!

Love this! How did you put the videos up like that? And how do you put up the stoppable pictures instead of just posting a link? I am struggling so hard with my blog 🙁
