![I think the scariest part of wearing a wig for me was going out in public. 😬The first time I wore a wig in public was actually two weeks before I told y’all about #danislittlelies...We went to a blogger event here in Dallas. I took Cassidy with me because I was so worried what people would think. 🙇🏼♀️I ended up leaving the event after 20 min...I felt like people were staring at my hairline. 😳I felt exposed...I met so many of y’all that day and I just wasn’t myself. Today I went to the @nordstrom Beauty Bash with Steph on muh head. 💁🏼♀️I met SO many of you..BUT this time without the fear and insecurity. 💪🏻You sassy mamas surrounded me with love and support today when I met ya. 👯♀️I spend so much time trying to build community (where my Sassy Club girls at!?) that I sometimes forget how powerful it is in my own life. 🙏🏼For each of you that gave me a hug or a nudge of encouragement today...I love ya. 💕To all my peeps, community is key. 👏🏻Surround yourself with a tribe that can make that burden you’re carrying (ya..I see you trying to carry it alone) MUCH lighter...Great reminder today from all of you to me...🙌🏻Also, check out this fresh new look from all my new makeup at the #Nordstrom Beauty Bash!
