I fell in love with lace the moment I stepped into my grandma, Gowie’s closet.

Each garment had something different to say – you couldn’t help but run your finger along the intricate loops and thread, each intwined, twisted, and knitted to create a tasteful harmony of mesh. The lacework reminds me of my grandmother’s elegance. You can’t help but wonder what laced Gowie into the most radiant, wise, loving grandmother in the world. Now, I too have a section in my closet dedicated to lace. This top is my favorite piece in my closet. It’s vintage and doesn’t have a tag but I linked some of my favorite lace tops at the end of this post that I either own or would love to add to my collection.

Lace makes a statement so I paired my detailed lace top with a simple pair of boyfriend jeans, matte black pumps, stone earrings, and a black cross body purse. Get in on the details down below!
