Happy Sunday Funday y’all! I know for a lot of people, Sunday is a day of rest and rejuvenation 😌. But tomorrow’s Monday, and it’s time to kick off a new week right! I like to start my days off with some movement. This is the cutest (and most effective) mommy and me workout I’ve been doing lately. This one is for all my mamas out there (but honestly, you could do this workout with weights, too!).
