Nordstrom Beauty Fall Must-Haves!
It’s been way too long since I did a beauty roundup on here! Nordstrom Beauty is having an amazing beauty sale right now that I had to fill my girls in on. Some of these products are staples for me, especially through the fall months, and some are new brands I can’t wait to try! I’m also so excited for Nordstrom Beauty’s new Beautycycle program that started this month! The goal is to help beauty lovers to reduce their packaging waste. From now on, anytime you finish a beauty product, you can just drop it in a Beautycycle bin at Nordstrom! All of the packagings will be recycled into brand new products – it’s so awesome. I’m planning on keeping a bag under my sink and just filling it up with empties (omg, who remembers empties videos?!) so I can drop them off the next time I head to the hallowed halls (aka, Nordstrom 🤪).
Here are the products I’m most excited about!
1. Bobbi Brown Long-Wear Cream Shadow Stick Set
Y’all – how pretty are these colors?! I love how wearable they all are and they’re perfect for throwing in a bag (and throwing onto your lids!). You could make a whole look with a crease color and everything, or just go for an easy all-over shade.
2. GloPRO® Rejuvenating Scalp + Fuller Hair Therapy Set
I’m so excited to try this! My hair growth journey has ranged from taking vitamins to trying serums to reducing my stress to rubbing Monistat all up on my scalp… so I’m pretty open to anything 🤣 This kit has great reviews and I haven’t really tried anything like this before, so I’m excited to see how it goes.
3. Lancome Cils Booster XL Vitamin-Infused Mascara Primer
Two words: HOLY. GRAIL. I use this primer with every single mascara and it makes the biggest difference. I swear by it and I have for years! It makes my mascaras last way longer and helps prevent flaking throughout the day – I can’t recommend it enough.
4. It Cosmetics CC+ Cream with SPF 50+
This CC cream is unlike any other, mamas. It’s super full coverage for a CC cream, but feels so light and moisturizing. Plus, it has built-in SPF which is so important!
5. Too Faced Pumpkin Spice Warm & Spicy Eyeshadow Palette
I love me a Too Faced eyeshadow palette! This one is so fun for fall! It has such a good mix of colors – you could go super bold or casual. Plus – it literally smells like pumpkin pie 😍
A few new brands I’m excited to try!
Nordstrom Beauty has been featuring some Black-owned and inclusive beauty brands lately and I’m excited to try some out!
1. Ode to Self Skin Care by Kimberlee Keitt
Ode to Self was founded by Kimberlee Keitt with the mission to create skincare that celebrates self-care and being gentle with ourselves, just like we gotta be gentle to our skin! The skincare line is gorgeous and has such good reviews. Can’t wait to try!
2. Drifter Organics by Michaela & Dawn Hoo
Drifter Organics was founded by a mother-daughter duo which is the CUTEST and I love to support! I’m pretty obsessed with their branding, and I particularly wanna try the body oils! They’re supposed to be really light and moisturizing but have the best smells, too, and I’m all bout moisturizing this baby bump!
3. Cirque Nails by Annie Pham
It’s been so long since I’ve tried a new nail polish brand and I’m ready to spice things up. This brand is free of sulfates, phthalates, parabens, and all that bad stuff – plus they’re vegan and cruelty-free. They have some really unique colors to choose from too!
