I’m so excited to share our home office with y’all!
This is a project my good friend Kelsi Lamberth has been working on with her recently launched design agency, Nuance. They’re a full scale design agency, but they take on tons of projects to scale. She did our whole home office, but she’s also done a couple of smaller projects for us, like our Christmas and Fall decor. She absolutely knocked it out of the park with this room! I am obsessed.
The Goal
Since we work from home, I wanted to be able to separate work and pleasure a little more – especially for the team. It’s important that they feel like this is their office and like they have a space just for them. Jordan and I obviously still work throughout the whole house all the time, and Jordan has his own office, too, but it’s nice to have a central work hub.
The Pieces
The goal was to find elegant, but comfy pieces! How freaking cute are these twin sofas?! I love the organic shape. They are trade only pieces, so Nuance was able to work this out for us.
I love the editorial spreads throughout the room! So glam and fun. This one is a feature from Vogue. This console table is also perfect if a team member needs to zone in and have an isolated desk moment.
These chairs are one of my favorite features of the room. I wanted something cute and classy, and these were perfect. The wheels are such a fun and practical touch! And how pretty is this table?! It’s so organic and polished – I LOVE.
The copper velvet curtains add a pop of color and texture to the white walls without feeing overbearing.
The chandelier is such a fun statement! And the marble side table is stunnninggg. I am honestly getting jealous that it’s in here and not in my room… a little switch may happen at some point in the future π
You can’t quite see it here, but the area rug doesn’t just have leopard pattern – it has an actual leopard illustration on it! I love how Nuance found such unique and girl power-infused pieces like this one. You can find us here channeling our inner Cheetah Girls π
We use the acrylic whiteboardsΒ to keep track of our calendar. I love having a visual layout to help me remember to share different things on different days.
This sideboard is stunning. I love how functional it will be for storing office supplies, campaign products, and everything in between. The floating shelf is from West Elm – I love that it adds a higher element above the sideboard while still being really practical.
The 3-globe lamp behind the couch mirrors the pattern on the wallpaper! The base of this lamp is so pretty – I kind of want a few of these around the house.
This sheepskin rug on the hardwoods creates the prettiest contrast (and is so cozy)! It was from World Market and it’s a steal.
Home sweet office! π I’m so happy with how this turned out. Do you have any current home renovation projects? Let me know in the comments!
XOXO Dani
