The countdown till Christmas is on! I don’t know about y’all, but I do most of my holiday shopping from home online. I just get way too many luring emails on a day to day basis from my favorite stores. Fighting the urge to click through, is a daily struggle. Nordstrom’s. kills. me.
As soon as I saw this Cotton Emporium turtleneck swing dress, and the price on sale, ($26)!! I knew I had to have. Killer deal, right?! I found that wearing it with OTK boots gave the illusion that it wasn’t too short since most of my legs were covered? eh?Regardless, I am excited to wear this dress as a tunic with tights and it looks darling with a pair of leggings or skinny jeans. The material is soft and comfortable and I lvoe the way it swings and as I walk. I decided to go with the grey so I could go cray with warm weather accessories, (despite the fact it’s still 70 degrees here in Austin..)
Another new online purchase? These on trend Over the Knee boots from ASOS! These bad boys are so comfy and have the perfect size heel for wearing or walking in all day. I love how they don’t fall down as I walk! I am also wearing a pop of red lipstick from Kat Von D in ‘Hexagon’ to match my favorite wool floppy hat.
