We gave away a car?!
This year, one of the biggest words and resolutions for ourselves is “stewardship.” Everyone has something to give, whether it’s time, talent, or resources. Most of us have all three, even if they look different in different seasons. We were so blessed to be given an opportunity to work with Park Place Texas, and as soon as they contacted us, we knew this could be something special!
It was an absolute joy to partner with @parkplacetexas to come together and bless a super deserving family today with a car. 🎉🚗  This is the new goal y’all! Blessing people with whatever we have and however we can.
It can feel really overwhelming to try to make a difference in the world, especially in these last couple of years. The news is so overwhelming, and we hear (and experience) more bad news than our brains can even process! But maybe if we all took care of our neighbors, we could start to make a dent. I’m super passionate about focusing on what I can do for my local community here in Dallas and I’m excited to see how else we can moving forward. This is just the start!
Of course, none of this would have been possible without Park Place Dallas being so incredibly generous and kind. They truly love their community and are making a difference here. If you have any suggestions for places to volunteer in Dallas, please let me know!!
